Godstowe Success at IAPS Swimming Finals
On Saturday 19th May three girls from Godstowe took part in the hugely competitive finals of the Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS) Swimming competition at K2 in Crawley, after qualifying at regional level.
More than 45 schools took part in the final and the girls faced extremely tough competition. Josephine Millen (10) finished 15th in 25m backstroke, Rumbi Wasterfall (13) finished 7th in the 50m freestyle and Mollie Perks (12) won a silver medal swimming 25m butterfly.
Godstowe School are very proud of the effort these girls put in on behalf of the school. Congratulations go to all three finalists especially Mollie Perks (pictured below) for her outstanding achievement.
