Green Ambassadors Appointed

We were delighted that so many girls put themselves forward and gave impassioned speeches to be Green Ambassador for their form groups.

The new team have decided to focus on the following:

• Raising awareness of the issues of climate change and environmental protection across the school
• Promote more conservation around the school
• Be active in promoting environmental issues like recycling, using less energy, wasting less plastic etc., in all forms at Godstowe.
• Be able to say things to the whole school in assembly or take assemblies sometimes

The girls discussed whether they should have a Green Ambassador Badge, and the final verdict was that this would be a waste of resources!
