Equestrian team win at Championships

The Godstowe equestrian team were crowned champions at the Central Grass Roots Regional Championships
Having qualified earlier this year, the Godstowe equestrian team travelled to Bury Farm Equestrian Centre on 19 November for the Central Grass Roots Regional Championships.
The team of Lois Logan, Lila Hill, Beatrice Barker and Isabel Bhatia took part in the 70cm class and, having all completed clear rounds in the fastest combined time, they went on to win the class.
The team also took part in the 75cm class, which was an individual event. Lois finished 2nd, Isabel 5th, Beatrice 6th and Lila 8th.
It was an extremely successful day for the riders and they will be out again during the Spring Term.
